The ALMEX project consortium has developed Deliverable D7.1 “Dissemination, Outreach Plan and Dissemination Toolkit”, which defines a common approach to communication, visibility, and the dissemination of project results throughout the entire implementation period.
The document was prepared within WP7 “Impact, Exploitation and Dissemination”, led by Sumy State University. The strategy outlines how the partners will inform key target audiences about ALMEX activities and engage alumni, students, staff of higher education institutions, employers, representatives of public institutions, and other stakeholders in the project.
The main objective of the strategy is to ensure project visibility, strengthen stakeholder participation in project activities, and support the broader use of ALMEX results. Particular attention is given to developing sustainable university–alumni engagement, including through digital tools, mentorship initiatives, career-related activities, and the exchange of experience among partners.
The strategy provides for the use of the official ALMEX website, social media, newsletters, press releases, promotional materials, and post-event publications. The document also defines the rules for visual identity, requirements for the visibility of European Union support, and a system for monitoring communication activities.
The implementation of this strategy will help ALMEX partners act in a coordinated manner, maintain regular communication with their audiences, and strengthen the project’s long-term impact on the development of a culture of alumni engagement in Ukrainian universities.
The ALMEX project — Alumni Management Excellence: Building University Capacity for Sustainable Graduate Engagement — is implemented within the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education programme and co-funded by the European Union.
