Project goal
ALMEX aims to transform alumni engagement in Ukrainian universities into a strategic tool for institutional development, social impact, and economic sustainability. Alumni are an available but underutilized resource that can drive change with minimal investment. The initiative creates structured, scalable, and sustainable models of alumni engagement by integrating them into university governance and actively involving them in student mentoring, career development programs, and curriculum modernization in line with industry needs. By implementing digital transformation—through GDPR-compliant CRM systems, analytics dashboards, and online career development platforms—ALMEX ensures continuous learning, business collaboration, and long-term alumni engagement.
From Alumni Lists to Strategic Partnerships
The ALMEX (Alumni Management Excellence) project transforms alumni engagement in Ukrainian universities. Alumni are no longer treated as a contact database. They become active partners in governance, curriculum modernisation, and student support.
