The ALMEX (Alumni Management Excellence) project transforms alumni engagement in Ukrainian universities. Alumni are no longer treated as a contact database. They become active partners in governance, curriculum modernisation, and student support.

The project is implemented by a consortium of 8 institutions from Ukraine, the Netherlands, Spain, and Poland, coordinated by Ukrainian Catholic University.
