The National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance (NAQA) is an independent permanent collegial body and non-profit organisation. 

NAQA’s mission is to ensure sustainability and consistency in enhancing the higher education quality culture and its security through effective partnerships with stakeholders.
The scope of NAQA’s responsibilities particularly includes study programmes accreditation,
compliance with academic integrity, development of documents, approval of drafts of higher education standards in various fields, institutional accreditation (under development), international cooperation, and public relations. 

NAQA is an affiliate member of ENQA and a full member of INQAAHE (International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies), CEENQA (Central and Eastern European Network of Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education), ENAI (European Network for Academic integrity) and GAIN (Global Academic Integrity Network). 

The role and contribution of the organization to the project:
NAQA plays a central role in accreditation and quality assurance. Within the ALMEX project, it contributes to developing quality mechanisms, enhancing stakeholder engagement and ensures national-level dissemination.

NAQA’s participation ensures broad national dissemination and lasting impact.
