The ALMEX project has launched its official Zenodo Community, creating a dedicated open-access repository for the project’s reports, research outputs, methodological resources and other public results.
This step marks ALMEX’s transition from project communication to structured dissemination. Project news and social media will continue to inform stakeholders about activities and progress, while the Zenodo Community will provide permanent, organised and citable access to substantive outputs. Each publication can receive a persistent Digital Object Identifier, clear metadata and a stable record that remains accessible beyond the project period.
The Community already hosts the first two analytical outputs developed under Work Package 3:
- Alumni Needs Analysis Report: Survey Evidence Base for Individualised Alumni Engagement Strategies, based on 514 validated survey responses and providing evidence for the institutional strategies of the Ukrainian partner universities.

Future public outputs will be added progressively, creating a consolidated knowledge base for universities, alumni professionals, researchers, policymakers and other stakeholders interested in sustainable graduate engagement.
The Zenodo Community strengthens the accessibility, visibility, citability and long-term usability of ALMEX results. It also supports their transfer beyond the consortium by allowing other institutions to find, reference and apply the project’s evidence, methods and practical solutions.
