Second Coordination Committee Meeting

On 21 January 2026, the second Coordination Committee meeting of ALMEX focused on the transition from the setup phase to active operational implementation.

The consortium confirmed the full execution of decisions taken at the first meeting, including the finalisation and submission of the core governance documents – the Project Management & Financial Handbook (D1.1) and the Quality Assurance Plan (D2.1) – to the Funding & Tenders Portal. The January 2026 Traffic-Light Report demonstrated steady progress across all key work packages, with no critical risks identified.

Strategic decisions were adopted under WP3, including confirmation of the 2026 study visit schedule to VU Amsterdam, Universidad de Alicante, and SGH Warsaw, as well as the launch of the alumni survey methodology and indicator framework. The Committee also aligned on the activation of communication channels and the preparation of D7.1 – the Dissemination and Outreach Plan.

The meeting consolidated a disciplined implementation pace, clear partner responsibilities, and the project’s shift toward substantive analytical and pilot activities.
